Giovanni (“Gianni”) Strazzulla (b. 1951) is senior astronomer at the Experimental Astrophysics Laboratory of Catania Astrophysical Observatory. He is involved in the experimental study of the effects induced by fast ions and ultraviolet Lyman-α photons in solids of astrophysical and planetary interest.
