Hugh E. Teitelbaum (1951-2007) received a degree in criminal justice from Northeastern University and a Law Degree from George Mason University. He spent most of his career as a hospital attorney and served in the 911th Air Wing of the Air Force Reserve. He was an avid astronomy and space enthusiast.
