Named in memory of Heinz von Lüde (1914–1974), astronomer at the Astronomisches Rechen-Institut who calculated many preliminary orbits of minor planets. He also studied a fictitious example of 3/1 libration in the restricted three-body problem and was involved with the meridian-circle program at the Heidelberg Observatory. (M 6060) _ _.
