Elli Richter (1945-2014) was the beloved sister of Albert Heller, TOTAS amateur survey team member, who first spotted this asteroid. In spite of a nearly lifelong serious illness, Elli was an example of vital energy, enjoyment of life and strength of will, and an enduring inspiration to her family, her friends and to all who knew her.
