Named in honor of Vladislav Ivanovich Burnashev (1943– ), staff scientist at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory and an expert in stellar photometry and spectrophotometry. The name also honors his wife, Bella Alekseevna Burnasheva (1944– ), former minor-planet observer on the staff of the Institute of Theoretical Astronomy. She is now a systems programer at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory. (M 30475) _ _.
