Kakurinji, built by Prince Shotoku in AD 589, is a historically significant Buddhist temple complex in Kakogawa city, Hyogo prefecture. Its Main Hall and Taishido temple are designated as national treasures of Japan. Some buildings and artifacts on the grounds are also municipal cultural treasures.
