Eizaburo Nishibori (1903-1989) was a Japanese scientist, alpinist and technologist who invented a superior vacuum tube. He contributed to Japanese industrial developments by spreading quality control methods. Nishibori was the captain of the First Japanese Antarctica wintering party.
