Anna Antalová (b. 1936) has worked at the Astronomical Institute, Slovak Academy of Sciences, Tatranská Lomnica, since 1958. She made various analyses of solar phenomena and significant contributions to the study of solar flares as well as solar cycle characteristics. The name was suggested by D. Chochol.
