It’s time for you to take some time out to reflect on what you want and what is going to make you happy. Fly under the radar if you need to. The world is actually going to give you a break and some time alone, if you admit that you need it. If you can get away on an actual retreat, then you will have an amazing time. Failing that, carve out at least 20 minutes a day to be alone.
