Vital-Paul Delporte (b. 1936) alias Paul Louka, is a Wallonian artist who expresses himself in composing, poetry, songs and painting. Following an encounter with Jacques Brel, he spent three years in Paris, where he performed in cabarets and theaters. He was director of the artists' organization Sabam for several years.
