Russell M. Robb (1952– ), astronomer at the University of Victoria, played the leading role in automating the university’s 0.5-m telescope and equipping it with a CCD camera. The telescope has been used extensively in the university’s observational programs, including astrometric work on comets and minor planets. (M 38201) _ _.
