Marina Petrovna Povalyaeva (b. 1956) is head of the program “Telephone communication for invalids” and organizer of charitable help to the children's branch of the central clinical hospital of the Simferopol area. She was decorated with the Order of Saint Peter and Paul and Order “For patriotism”.
