Liu Chao-Han (b. 1939) is a Taiwanese physicist and educator who served as President of National Central University from 1990 to 2003. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and a Fellow of the Academia Sinica and the National Academy of Engineering.
