Adalbert Heussinger (b. 1923) is a member of the Catholic order of Minorites. He was for 40 years confessor in St. Peter's Cathedral at the Vatican, where he absolved thousands of penitents of their sins. He is recognized as a distinguished scholar of theology and philosophy. The name was suggested by the first discoverer.
