George Jacoby (b. 1948) is currently Deputy DIrector for Technology at Lowell Observatory, responsible for the oversight of Lowell's observing facilities as well as the instrument, engineering, and IT groups. Previously he was director of WIYN and program head of the NOAO Office of Science.
