Vladimir Mikhailovich Moiseenko (b. 1955), Professor Doctor of medical sciences, is Director of the Oncological center in St. Petersburg. He is the representative of the European Society for Medical Oncology in Russia, and the author of more than 350 scientific papers and four monographs.
