Tomoki Nakamura (b. 1966), an associate professor of earth and planetary sciences at Kyushu University, specializes in research on primitive solar system materials, most recently leading to the discovery of high-temperature chondrule-like materials in the stardust samples. The name was suggested by K. Ohtsuka.
