Named in memory of Libero Liberati (1926–1962), motorcyclist who won the Absolute Italian Championship in 1955 and 1956 riding a four-cylinder Gilera. In 1957 he won the Absolute World Championship and was given the Athlete of the Year Award by the Italian Sport Press. (M 28621) _ _.
