Dan Alin Nedelcu (b. 1976) is a research scientist at the Astronomical Institute of the Romanian Academy. His 2010 Ph.D. at the Paris Observatory explored high precision astrometric techniques that may be applied to the detection of small non-gravitational forces, such as the Yarkovsky effect.
