Named for Daning Zhang (1944– ), physician and vice-president of Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Hospital, professor of Tianjin Medical University, guest professor of Taiwan Chinese Academic College, chairman of the International TCM Kidney Diseases Conference.
