Utrecht-born Charlotte Mutsaers (1942– ) is a painter, woodcutter and writer. Her highly acclaimed novel Rachels Rokje (“Rachel’s Skirt”) was published in 1994. Her grandfather, a banker at Kapellen (Antwerp), was well known for his philanthropy. (M 42361) The name was suggested by J. Geerts. _ _.
