Hark Tsui (b. 1951) is a brilliant Hong Kong movie producer and director whose numerous productions include Chinese Ghost Story (1987) and Green Snake (1993). In 1991 Tsui won the Best Director award at the Hong Kong Film Awards with Once Upon a Time in China.
