Elena Dmitriyevna Novikova-Belova (b. 1947) is a retired fencer from Belarus who became the first woman to win four gold medals during five Olympics from 1968 through 1980. In 2007 she was awarded the Pierre de Coubertin medal by the International Olympic Committee.
