Hans-Ulrich Keller (b. 1943) is a professor of astronomy at the University of Stuttgart. Since 1976 he has directed Stuttgart's Zeiss Planetarium and the Weizheim Observatory. He is also editor of the astronomical almanac Himmelsjahr. The name was suggested by G. and D. Heinlein.
