Yue Wai-Chun (b. 1954), a veteran amateur astronomer, was the coordinator of IOTA China division. He had made tremendous contribution to astronomy in numerous ways, including distributing daily astronomy news through Hong Kong Astronomical Society's smart phone apps to tens of thousands of astronomy lovers.
