Charles E. Scovil (b. 1928) is an amateur astronomer and curator of the Stamford Observatory in Connecticut. He is the compiler of the AAVSO Variable Star Atlas and, with C. Papadopoulos, the northern part of the True Visual Magnitude Photographic Star Atlas.
