Philip Inderwiesen (b. 1953) and his wife Pat Tovsen (b. 1951) are proud citizens of rural Ft. Bend county, Texas. As the area has become increasingly suburban, they have been tireless advocates for the local regulation of light pollution. All who love the George Observatory are in their debt.
