Named for the famous French fish soup, the glory of Provencal cooking. It contains fish, shellfish, olive oil, onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, saffron, fennel, thyme, bay leaf and orange peel (according to the Marseille recipe). All ingredients must be boiled together quickly. (M 34347) _ _.
