Named in honor of Pina Toscano Blanco, regular “accompanying person” at astronomical meetings during the last 25 years. Her continuous presence has made her a supporting member of the “wives' committees” that do so much to improve such meetings. Name suggested by Pina's husband, Carlo Blanco, with the blessing of the discoverer.
